SYRIACARTOON: The 10th edition of the Cartoonale Lebbeke International Cartoon Festival 2023 has achieved a resounding and distinguished success. The competition witnessed fierce rivalry, featuring no fewer than 328 cartoonists from 56 countries across the globe, despite the complexity and depth of the designated theme. It was highly remarkable to see the diverse artistic visions and perspectives with which the creators approached the concept, varying between profound seriousness and a witty, satirical smile.
