We are currently preparing a specialized critical book dedicated to the art of caricature and its development, featuring the works of distinguished cartoonists from around the world.
We would be delighted to include your exceptional work in this upcoming publication.
We kindly invite you to contribute two (2) of your best caricatures.
To maintain the book's curated aesthetic and meet printing standards, please ensure the submissions adhere to the following technical requirements:
Quantity: 2 cartoons only (Please state the year the cartoon was drawn)
Format: Original black and white only. (Please note: Color artwork that has been digitally converted to black and white is not accepted).
Dimensions: A4 size 300 dpi
Resolution: High resolution (suitable for print)
File Size: Maximum 2 MB per image

Deadline: 10.9.2026.
Only the top 40 selected works will be published in the book.

I, the undersigned, as the artist and
sole copyright owner, hereby grant the Syrian Caricature website and the
artist/author Raed Khalil an absolute, permanent, irrevocable, and worldwide
right to publish and utilize my submitted caricature works in all online and
print publications, international festival materials, special albums, and
critical or research books authored by him—including their inclusion and
publication within his books submitted to cultural awards and international
competitions. This authorization is granted permanently, without financial
compensation, and without the need for prior notice or further consultation,
provided that my authorship is clearly credited.
I explicitly agree to the use of my artwork for promotional purposes, artistic criticism,
and analytical review.
