This year's competition was dedicated to the theme "Mining", inspiring cartoonists from around the world to explore various aspects of this profession and its impact on contemporary society through humor, satire, and outstanding artistic expression.
The competition was co-funded by the Ministry of Culture and Media of Montenegro and supported by the Pljevlja Coal Mine, whose contribution helped ensure the successful organization of one of the region's most significant international cartoon events.
The competition once again confirmed its international reputation:
