The festival is opened for all applicants regardless of nationality, age,gender or profession.

3. ENTRIES:
Conditions of entry:
1. Work may be black or colored.
2. Maximum 3 entries will be submitted.
3. The work needs to be sent by e-mail in JPEG resolution up to 300 dpi, max size of 3MB for each work. Compression of file in zip, rar or similar formi s not accepted.
4. The short CV of the author needs to be attached.
5. We do not accept rows generated by artificial intelligence.
6. The cartoons must not be previously awarded.

6. EXHIBITION:
The exhibition will take place in the gallery of the Cultural centre “ZVONIMIR” Solin on September 17th 2026.
8. OTHER CONDITIONS:
The organizer reserves the right to reproduce the works sent to the festival, Solin 2026,
as the advertising material without being obliged to pay a fee to an author whose work may be used.
